Position Summary:

Weekends required The Grill Cook and Pizza Maker at Ledo Pizza plays a key role in delivering the high-quality food and service that our guests expect. This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling menu items — including Ledo's signature rectangular pizzas, grilled sandwiches, wings, and other menu offerings — while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Weekends required Prepare and cook menu items according to Ledo Pizza recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and pizza presses safely and efficiently. Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients for pizzas and other menu items. Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperature and quality standards. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines (ServSafe standards preferred). Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order completion. Restock and rotate food supplies as needed. Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or delivering takeout orders (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Weekends required Previous experience as a cook, grill cook, or pizza maker preferred (restaurant or fast-casual experience a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
