Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Crew Member and become the heart of an energetic, fast-paced food service environment! In this role, you'll be the face of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently preparing food, managing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, cashiering, and team collaboration—all while working in a lively setting that celebrates quick service excellence. Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency with every order Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance sales, and provide friendly service that encourages repeat visits Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to meet food safety regulations Manage cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly Assist with food safety management by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment for both guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales and managing customer orders Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and create a positive dining experience Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service in a vibrant restaurant environment.
