Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system or other point-of-sale systems. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for order totals. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in training new crew members as needed. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.
