Job Description

The beautiful City of Heber Springs is presently accepting applications for a Full-Time Aquatic position for the Community and Aquatic Center in the Parks Department. The job is responsible for promoting the Aquatic Center with the ability to help maintain a safe and healthy environment, with a detailed knowledge of programs and events. Assisting members and instructors throughout the day. Front desk work includes, but is not limited to, effective communication and computer skills and filing, working with events and children's activities. Must have great communication skills. Certification as a Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR from the American Red Cross, and maintaining certification for the duration of employment and possession of a certification as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), OR Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) as scheduled from Director, is a plus.
