Full Job Description Description:

Hourly Pay Reports to: Lifeguard Supervisor Essential Functions Protect lives and prevent injuries and drowning incidents. Provide top-notch customer service and member experience. Maintain cleanliness and a professional and safe environment on the pool deck. Uphold our principle to "improve the day."

Requirements:

Qualifications Proficiency in swimming techniques and safety skills. Current lifeguard and CPR certification. Patience, tact, and clear communication skills with all ages. Skills in both leadership and customer service.
