Grow your career in the industry What will you do as a Supervisor? Serve as the lifeguard on duty. Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations as outlined in American Red Cross Lifeguard standards Assist swimmers in and around the pool area as well as swim instructors, as needed Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services. Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports. Conduct instructor observations and ensure adherence to SafeSplash quality and safety standards Test chemicals, poop pump operation and ensure pool is ready for operations What are we looking for in a Supervisor? Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification, Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer Previous swim instruction experience is required Must be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards Passion for swimming and teaching life-saving swim skills to both kids and adults This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
