As a lifeguard, you will oversee pool activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing first aid and CPR as needed Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Assist guests with pool access, answer questions, and deliver friendly guest services to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas through routine pool cleaning and debris removal Collaborate with team members to ensure all safety equipment is in place and operational Document incidents, safety checks, and maintenance activities accurately in logs Requirements Lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not required Ability to swim confidently Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling is a plus but not required Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required Embrace this dynamic role where safety meets service excellence!
