As we prepare for August 2026 season, we are specifically seeking already certified lifeguards to join our team from august 1st until Labor Day . We are hiring for this area as well as surrounding locations throughout New Jersey.

Important:

This position requires an active lifeguard certification. Training is not provided for this location.

Why Work With Millennial Pools:

Starting pay at $16/hr+ (Higher starting rates available for experienced lifeguards) Flexible scheduling (Work as many or as few hours as you'd like) Employee Perks & Rewards Program With schools going back into session early August we are looking for a handful of already certified Lifeguards to work Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm. It is not mandatory that you work all 5 days of the week but atleast 2 is preferred.
