Job Description
? Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all participants and guests ? Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures ? Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and potential hazards ? Administer first aid, CPR, AED assistance, and water rescues as needed ? Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers and surrounding areas ? Conduct opening, closing, and daily safety inspections of the facility ? Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to questions or concerns from patrons ? Complete incident and accident reports accurately and promptly ? Support a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all facility users
