Pool Monitor

Position Summary Support safe, clean, and enjoyable pool operations by monitoring entry, enforcing rules, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating issues promptly. (

This role is not a lifeguard unless specified.) Key Responsibilities Greet residents/guests, verify access, and communicate pool rules and expectations. Monitor deck areas for hazards, cleanliness, and capacity; tidy and restock as needed. Set up umbrellas, chairs, and signage; report safety or maintenance concerns immediately. Complete checklists for water features, restrooms, and trash; log incidents per SOP. Assist with small events and holiday activities around the pool as directed. Required Qualifications Customer service skills and confidence enforcing posted rules. Comfort working outdoors in varied weather conditions. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and move pool furniture with reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications CPR/AED certification; CPO exposure is a plus. Experience in pool, recreation, or hospitality settings. Schedule & Work Environment May require evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event coverage based on community needs. Role involves standing/walking and occasional lifting; reasonable accommodations available. Some roles work indoors/outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
