Lifeguard Position Summary:

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all members and guests in and around the waterfront/pool area. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to all safety protocols.

Hourly Rate:

$18.00/hour

Schedule:

Fridays:

4:00 PM•8:00

PM Saturdays:

11:00 AM•6:00

PM Sundays:

11:00 AM•6:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Maintain constant surveillance of the pool/waterfront area to ensure the safety of all patrons Enforce all safety rules and regulations Monitor weather conditions and takeappropriate actionwhen necessary Set up and remove "No Lifeguard on Duty" signage when applicable Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Provide first aid and CPR whenrequired Keep the area clean, organized, and hazard-free

Requirements:

Must hold a current Lifeguard Certification (including CPR/AED) Must be attentive, responsible, and able to react quickly in emergency situations Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

Policies & Expectations:

Lifeguard uniform must beworn at all timeswhile on duty No cell phone use while on duty Must remain alert andfocused at all times One (1) 30-minute lunch break will be provided during scheduled shifts.
