Job Summary Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Cabana and Waterslide Attendant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! In this dynamic role, you'll ensure the safety, cleanliness, and enjoyment of our water attractions while delivering exceptional guest service. Your proactive approach will help maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors of all ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for water activities with excellent customer care. Responsibilities Monitor the waterslides and surrounding pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times. Assist guests with slide operations, providing clear instructions and ensuring proper usage. Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections to uphold water quality standards. Enforce safety rules and respond swiftly to any emergencies using first aid skills and CPR when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of cabanas, pool decks, and surrounding areas to ensure a pristine environment. Provide friendly guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Conduct regular safety inspections, including pool cleaning and equipment checks, to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience Previous experience as a lifeguard or waterslide attendant is highly preferred. Certification in CPR and first aid is required; ongoing training will be provided if needed. Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and water safety protocols is advantageous. Ability to swim confidently in various conditions and assist guests in water emergencies. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform routine cleaning tasks effectively. $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
