In this energetic role, you will lead children through engaging activities, ensure safety protocols are followed, and create a joyful environment. Your skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels inspired to explore, play, and connect. Whether guiding outdoor adventures, helping clean and maintain spaces, or assisting with projects, your role is vital in delivering memorable moments. Duties Lead and facilitate engaging play activities and events for children Manage play space by setting up equipment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating schedules Enforce safety protocols during all activities, including manual handling and outdoor work safety measures Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors, and resolving conflicts promptly Assist with snack when applicable Conduct safety checks, including first aid response if needed, and adhere to all safety procedures such as CPR certification requirements Experience Previous experience working with children Proven ability to work effectively with children in educational or recreational settings Experience with outdoor work environments or outdoor activity supervision preferred Familiarity with conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations professionally Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid and CPR certification is a plus (we will pay for certification if you do not have it already) Join us as a Play Guide to inspire joy through active engagement!
