Job Description

Hours of work 7am-330pm Sunday through Thursday.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

CLEAN

ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS IN PAVILLION DAILY. MAKE SURE ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE IN PLACE. MAKE SURE SINK AREA IS CLEANED DAILY, REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM SINK. ENSURE ALL TRASH CANS ARE EMPTIED DAILY IF NEEDED AT THE PAVILLION. WIPE DOWN ALL POOL FURNITURE AND TALBES ON THE POOL DECK. ARRANGE POOL FURNITURE AROUND POOL DECK. CLEAN ALL TOIETS AND URINAL IN BATHROOMS. EMPTY TRASH DAILY IN THE BATHROOMS. WIPE DOORS AND FRAMES AS NEEDED IN BATHROOMS. WIPE DOWN ALL COUNTER TOPS IN THE PAVILLION AND THE BATHROOMS. PICK UP ANY TRASH ON THE POOL DECK. MAINTAIN CLEANING INVENTORY. CHECK POOL & SPA CHEMICALS ASSIST WITH CLEANING THE POOL. SECONDARY DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLWING

POLICE

TRASH ENCLOSURES. CLEAN ANY DEBRIS IN THE ENCLOSURES

(TRASH)

PICK UP ANY DEBRIS ON THE ROADWAYS AND WALKWAYS. ASSIST M1 WITH ANY PROJECTS. MAKE ROUNDS OF THE PROPERTY DURING WORK SHIFT, REPORT ANY SUSPICIUS PERSONS. WORK ON MINOR IRRIGATION REPAIRS MINOR PAINTING. MINOR CARPENTRY HELP WITH CLEANING THE SHOP.

Cleaning of BBQ grills Cleaning of all tables in the pool area. Cleaning of restrooms in the pool area. Light painting Checking pool and spa water levels. CPO is preferred but we can train the right person. Assist M1 & M2 with projects. Checking all trash areas, cleaning up any debris. Pay Rate $21-23. Pay depending on abilities

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
