As a Lifeguard at The Salina Country Club, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests at the pool facilities. With a focus on providing a safe and welcoming environment, you will oversee pool operations, enforce safety protocols, and deliver exceptional hospitality to all members and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Monitor pool area to ensure safety and prevent accidents Enforce all pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner Provide immediate assistance and rescue services in the event of emergencies Administer first aid and CPR as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including arranging pool furniture and equipment Conduct regular safety checks and inspections of pool facilities Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience Assist in organizing and overseeing pool-related activities and events Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
Qualifications:
Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., Red Cross, YMCA) Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required A passion for safety, hospitality, and guest satisfaction Rewards and Perks Competitive pay.
