We are seeking two enthusiastic and responsible Lifeguards to join our team for the summer season. \

Job Description:

• \• As a Lifeguard at RCC1 Condominium, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all pool patrons.

You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, while also contributing to the overall positive experience of our residents and their guests. \

Key Responsibilities:

\

• \•\•\•

Safety Monitoring:

\

• \• Vigilantly monitor swimmers and enforce all pool rules and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• \•\•

Emergency Response:

\

• \• React promptly and effectively to all emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
• \•\•

Customer Service:

\

• \• Offer exceptional customer service to residents and guests, assisting with any inquiries and ensuring a pleasant poolside experience.
• \•\•

Maintenance Duties:

\

• \• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks, including pool cleanliness and equipment checks, to ensure a safe swimming environment.

Qualifications:

\

• \•\•\•

Certification:

\

• \• Current Lifeguard Certification (NLS) or equivalent; CPR, and First Aid certifications are bonus.

Swimming Skills:

\

• \• Demonstrated strong swimming abilities and knowledge of water safety practices.
• \•\•

Physical Fitness:

\

• \• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including extended periods of standing.
• \•\•

Communication:

• \• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.

Dependability:

• \• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety.
