How this role contributes to the Y's mission: As a Y Swim Director, you will develop, organize and implement high quality, member-focused swim programs while ensuring a safe, fun, and enjoyable swim experience for all Y members and program participants. You will be supported in your work as a part of the leading mission-driven organization for strengthening community, and the area's largest provider of swim lessons. The Y Swim Director recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs staff and volunteers as needed to maintain daily pool operations. You'll contribute to the Y and to the community by enhancing the well-being and safety of all.
