Lifeguard/Water Park Attendant 7376 Woida Road, Baxter, MN 56425 $13.50 - $15.00 an hour - Part-time $13.50 - $15.00 an hour - Part-time Overview Join our vibrant team as a Water Park Attendant and become a key player in creating an exciting, safe, and memorable experience for all guests! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, ensures safety protocols are followed, and helps guests enjoy their day to the fullest. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a fun, secure environment where everyone can relax and have a splash-tastic time. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer service, event management, and guest engagement within a lively resort setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about park attractions, safety rules, and scheduled events Monitor water attractions and surrounding areas to ensure safety standards are maintained at all times Enforce park policies related to guest behavior, safety regulations, and age restrictions with professionalism and confidence Handle cash transactions accurately for merchandise sales or food service points while maintaining accountability Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution when needed Support lifeguard teams by observing water areas, performing rescues if necessary, and maintaining clear communication during emergencies Qualifications Previous experience in lifeguarding or water safety is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments with excellent communication skills Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with event management or organizing activities is a plus Comfortable working with children and engaging with diverse audiences in a lively setting Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy during transactions Familiarity with food service operations or working within a resort environment is advantageous Must be available to work weekends (we pay $2.50 per hour extra on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sunday mornings) Additional pay available for certified Lifeguards Join us as a Water Park Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences!
