Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Becker's mission is to develop self-directed learners to thrive in a changing global community.
Position Summary:
Becker Community Education is seeking responsible, dependable, and safety-focused individuals to join our Aquatics Team as Lifeguards. Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of participants during swim lessons, aquatic programs, and special events. This position monitors pool activities, enforces safety rules, responds to emergencies, and helps create a positive and welcoming environment.
Schedule:
Part-time, variable hours. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends based on aquatics programming needs.
Salary:
$12.08/hour
Requirements/Licensure:
Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent; must have deep water certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
