Happy Swimmers is now hiring Certified Lifeguards with experience for work in Charollte, NC! Our private event lifeguard position has high pay! You choose your hours. Mostly Saturday or Sunday backyard swim parties, some weekdays. Accept only what clients work for you. Work at amazing places throughout your area! Pay starts at $30/hr minimum plus generous tips. Our clients reward our staff well if you're on your A-game! Swimmers Pay:

$30.00+ per hour minimum plus tips from client! our dynamic team as a Private Event Lifeguard, where you will be the essential guardian ensuring safety and enjoyment during exclusive gatherings at our premier aquatic facilities. Your energetic presence will create a secure environment, allowing guests to relax and have fun while you monitor pool activities, enforce safety protocols, and provide exceptional guest services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your lifeguarding expertise with event support, making every private occasion memorable and safe. Duties Vigilantly monitor the pool area during private events to ensure guest safety and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed to protect guests' well-being Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool area by performing routine pool maintenance and cleaning tasks Assist with pool setup, including adjusting water chemistry, inspecting safety equipment, and ensuring the environment is pristine for each event Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing guest inquiries, providing directions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Enforce safety policies by supervising swimming activities, preventing unsafe behaviors, and managing crowd control during events Collaborate with event staff to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations throughout private functions Skills Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid to respond confidently in emergencies Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues efficiently Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and cleaning techniques Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that enhances guest experiences Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies safely during pool setup or cleaning tasks Familiarity with pool cleaning tools and safety equipment to maintain a hygienic environment Clear communication skills for effective coordination with team members and guests Embark on a rewarding role where your vigilance, technical skills, and enthusiasm will elevate private events into safe, enjoyable experiences for all attendees!
