In this role, you will teach American Red Cross (ARC) certification courses, empowering participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively in emergencies. Join our Pack!

Contribute Course Instruction:

Facilitate high-quality American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED courses for Wellness and Recreation student employees.

Course Instruction:

Plan, prepare, and instruct safe and effective American Red Cross courses.

Educational Delivery:

Provide fun and motivational instruction and education on how to apply classroom knowledge as a lifeguard.

Skill Assessment:

Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure all certification requirements are met.

Best Practices:

Stay current with American Red Cross best practices.

Classroom Logistics:

Set up and break down the classroom for each course.

Skill Audits:

Assist in facilitating emergency response skill audits.

Inventory & Records:

Assist with maintaining first aid supply equipment inventories. Maintain and organize participant information and paperwork.
