Joe's Lifeguard Services is hiring certified lifeguards for flexible private pool lifeguarding jobs in Deal, Allenhurst, Long Branch, and nearby New Jersey shore areas. This is not a regular 9-to-5 job or a weekly commitment. Lifeguards join a free WhatsApp broadcast list where available jobs are posted throughout the summer. Jobs are first-come, first-served, so you can take the ones that fit your schedule. Most jobs are private pool events, parties, or family gatherings. Shifts are usually 2-6 hours, mostly on weekends, with pay generally ranging from $25-$45 per hour depending on the job, number of swimmers, notice given, and event size.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising swimmers and maintaining a safe pool environment Enforcing pool safety rules Staying alert and focused throughout the shift Providing first aid when needed Communicating professionally with clients and families Representing Joe's Lifeguard Services in a reliable and professional way

Requirements:

Valid lifeguard certification CPR/AED and First Aid certification Must have WhatsApp Reliable transportation to jobs Must bring proper lifeguard gear, including a rescue tube, whistle, lifeguard shirt, resuscitation mask, and basic first aid kit Why Work With Us?
