Responsibilities:

Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times Maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for our guests Uphold the pristine appearance of our tropical biosphere and pool areas Verify guest access to ensure amenities are reserved for hotel guests Provide outstanding guest service and assist guests with various needs Serve as an ambassador of Crystal Springs Resort hospitality

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Red Cross Lifeguard Certification preferred Certification classes available at the resort s expense Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required Enjoy Crystal Springs Employee Perks!
