Join Our Team This Summer! Hawk Pool Management is looking for energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming pool season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a difference in your community, this is the perfect summer job. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of pool patrons, enforcing facility rules, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Monitor swimmers and pool areas to ensure a safe environment. Prevent accidents through proactive surveillance and enforcement of pool rules. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies. Perform water rescues and administer first aid when necessary. Conduct routine facility inspections and report safety concerns. Maintain accurate records and complete daily reports. Assist with pool opening and closing procedures. Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests. Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification required (or willingness to obtain before the season begins). Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods. Reliable transportation preferred. Must be dependable, professional, and punctual.
