If you take water safety seriously and enjoy working in a family-friendly environment, we would love to hear from you! We welcome applicants with current lifeguard certification and those who were previously certified and are willing and able to renew their certifications. Current lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certifications preferred, but also willing to take applicants who were previously certified.

4:00 PM-7:00

3:30 PM-6:00

8:00 AM-3:00 PM Responsibilities Maintain active, focused supervision of assigned pool areas throughout swim lessons. Recognize signs of distress and respond promptly to swimmers who need assistance. Follow facility emergency procedures and provide rescue assistance, CPR, or first aid as needed and within your training. Enforce pool safety rules calmly and consistently. Communicate safety concerns immediately to instructors, deck supervisors, and management. Remain alert and free from distractions, including personal phone use, while monitoring the water. Participate in required safety training and emergency drills. Report incidents and complete required documentation accurately. Qualifications Current lifeguard certification, or previous certification with the ability to renew. Current CPR/AED and first aid certifications. Strong swimming skills and the ability to demonstrate required rescue skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay focused in a busy pool environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Clear communication skills and a calm, professional approach. Experience working around children or in a swim school is a plus.
