Job Description

LIFEGUARD
Mission:

Starting Hourly Rate:
$23.00
Shift:
Per Diem - Evening, weekend & holidays; beginning end of June until mid-
September Job Description:
Maintain constant physical, mental readiness and supervision of students and residents in the pool area and act immediately and appropriately to secure safety in the event of an emergency.
Requirements:
21 years of age or older; valid lifeguard certification, CPR, First Aid required; strong written and verbal skills to communicate with colleagues and diverse groups; ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a team member and maintain confidentiality; strong ability to give corrective direction when necessary.
