The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all pool guests. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent guest services. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary. Conduct regular pool maintenance and cleaning to ensure hygiene standards are met. Assist in the setup and breakdown of pool equipment for events or activities. Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and offering assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities. Experience Certification in CPR and First Aid is required. Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary. Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is a plus. Ability to lift heavy equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
