Pool Supervisor

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all pool visitors. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining a safe environment, providing excellent guest services, and performing routine pool maintenance tasks. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, promoting safety and fun for all guests. Responsibilities Monitor pool area continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing first aid and CPR as needed Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including pool cleaning and debris removal Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as water testing and chemical adjustments Assist guests with questions, provide guest services, and ensure a welcoming environment Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment and ensure proper functioning Heavy lifting may be required for pool maintenance supplies or equipment Skills Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and first aid training Prior lifeguard experience preferred but not required; training provided if necessary Ability to swim proficiently in various conditions Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning techniques is a plus Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Strong observational skills with quick decision-making ability in emergency situations
