Lifeguard Certification AED Certification Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking responsible, attentive, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of all patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies in and around the water. This role requires strong swimming skills, quick decision-making, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid situations Administer CPR, AED, and basic first aid when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck and surrounding areas Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities Provide excellent customer service to guests and members

Qualifications:

Current Lifeguard Certification (e.g., American Red Cross or equivalent) CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (required) Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations Excellent observational and communication skills Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by facility)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous lifeguarding experience Open availability, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of pool maintenance and water safety protocols
