Job Description
Dublin Latchkey was established as a nonprofit organization in 1984. Since that time, we have been committed to developing programs and services to help children and their families. To date, we have served over 10,000 families in over 42 years of operation in Dublin City Schools, Jonathan Alder Schools and Origins Preschool. We take great pride in our sole commitment in providing high quality educational programs for preschool through 8th grade. The greatest benefit of being an educator is the opportunity to see our students reach their potential and seeing our efforts in making a difference in their lives. The cornerstone of any good organization is the quality of our people. We entrust only those who are charged with the passion to serve the community and providing the very best educational programing for our students. Hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm give you the flexiblity to schedule things during the day. Our schedule follows the school calendar, thus you will never work holidays, nights, weekends, or summers. Starting pay is $25.00/hr plus attendance bonus. 30 hour work week, when Dublin City Schools are in session. Free childcare for ages 3 and up. At Origins preschool, Dublin City Schools or Jonathan Alder Schools, while working for Dublin Latchkey Annual raise up to $1 per hr. If qualified, Attendance bonus paid in July (from $00.00 to $1880.00) Holiday bonus paid in December 403b Retirement plan Dublin Recreation Center membership Paid holidays and time off Paid parental leave Summers off - work the same yearly calendar as Dublin City Schools and Jonathan Alder Schools Child Abuse, First Aid, CPR, and Communicable Disease classes offered once per year at no expense Paid training Paid Bereavement leaveJoin us in making a difference in the lives of our students by providing them with the tools they need to succeed academically and socially! •Please Call/text if you can't make it to the scheduled interview.
