THE JOB:
As a Lifeguard at ARIA , you'll help create a safe, luxurious, and memorable poolside experience at one of Las Vegas' premier resort destinations. With your welcoming smile, attentive service, and commitment to guest safety, you'll ensure visitors can relax and enjoy ARIA's sophisticated pool environment with confidence. By anticipating guest needs and taking ownership of their experience, you'll create WOW moments and lasting memories that extend far beyond their stay.
THE STARTING RATE
$15.00 Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Provide safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations. Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property. Report all guest and employee incidents/accidents to a supervisor and complete needed documentation. Direct guests to key locations in the property including emergency exits and procedures. Proactively greet and interact with guests, assist all guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs. Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties. Responsible for daily pool set-up and breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution and maintaining attentiveness to the environment to enhance guest experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 16 years old or older. Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification. Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred.
