What You'll Do :
Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all swimmers. Provide immediate and effective responses to emergency situations. Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.

Qualifications You Bring -
Lifeguard :
Current certifications in Lifeguarding and First Aid, current CPR/AED certification or able to get certified before hire date. Must keep all certifications current while employed. Thorough knowledge and application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques, facility characteristics, rules, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication, decision making, leadership, public relations skills. Punctuality and low rate of call off is imperative. See employee manual for absenteeism guidelines.
