•Seasonal position, ending September 7, 2026•Allegheny Country Club is a family-centric club with extensive sport, recreational, and social activities. With a sustained commitment to excellence, members of all ages enjoy outstanding facilities and programming in a setting rich with tradition, inspiring the formation or enduring friendships. Allegheny Country Club has an excellent opportunity available for a Lifeguard. In this role you will (but not limited to): The primary role of the position is to enforce the swimming pool facility's policies, rules and regulations to ensure a safe swimming pool for all members, quests and employees. Completes records and reports Assists in maintaining and inspecting pools daily and reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to Pool Facility Manager Provides swimming lessons to members and quests of members Maintains restrooms to ensure all items are available and neatly organized Participates and upholds the safety programs that are needs for a safe swimming pool Maximize the Club's pool facilities to reduce attrition and attract new members and quests
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds Must be Red Cross certified in lifeguarding, first aid, CPR and AED Able to tolerate outdoor climates; heat/sun etc. Ability to work independently, as well as to accept and follow directions on given assignments Throughout the Allegheny Country Club organization, you will find people who are uncompromising in their commitment to excellence, join today!
