In this role, you will be in charge of supervising children on our inflatables (bounce houses) and mechanical rides to ensure everyone stays safe and has fun. Responsibilities Supervise the

Fun:

Keep a constant watch on the children to prevent accidents.

Enforce Safety Rules:

Ensure riders follow the rules (e.g., no shoes, no flipping, no rough play).

Manage Capacity:

Control how many kids are on the ride at once to prevent overcrowding.

Size Separation:

Make sure big kids and little kids ride separately to keep smaller children safe.

Operate Equipment:

Safely start and stop mechanical rides and monitor inflatables for any issues.

Stay Alert:

Monitor weather conditions and shut down rides immediately if it becomes unsafe (high wind or rain). Requirements Must work well with kids: You need to be patient, friendly, and comfortable giving clear instructions to children.

Positive Attitude:

We want team members who are happy, helpful, and polite to parents and guests.

Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own way to get to event locations on time.

Availability:

Must be available to work part-time hours (mostly weekends).
