Job Description

The Aquatics Coordinator provides a multitude of administrative and supervisory duties that support the aquatics department, while professionally interacting with employees, management, members, and other business associates in an outgoing and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, 6 college credit hours or 24 months of qualifying experience Must possess a valid Texas Drivers' License and valid insurance Lifeguard certification required American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor or YMCA Lifeguard preferred Water Safety Instructor or YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor preferred Must pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry check
