Duties Safely assist guests in mounting and dismounting ponies, providing clear instructions and support Monitor pony behavior and surroundings to ensure safety for both animals and visitors during rides Enforce safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of the riding area, equipment, and surrounding environment Process transactions for rides tickets using POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash accurately Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering assistance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience working with children in a recreational or hospitality setting is highly desirable Background in events management or outdoor activity facilitation enhances your ability to coordinate smoothly Knowledge of safety protocols such as first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is preferred to respond confidently in emergencies Familiarity with outdoor work environments, heavy lifting, and manual handling techniques is beneficial for daily responsibilities Embark on this rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
