Swim Instructor Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a real 'kid magnet', responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our swimmers while promoting water safety and skill development. Competitive swimming experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons in accordance with established curriculum and guidelines
• Provide individualized instruction to students based on their abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all swimmers
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback for improvement
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and skills to students

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Instructor, lifeguard or competitive swimmer preferred
• Certification in lifeguarding preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
• Knowledge of water safety practices and procedures
