LIFEGUARDS The Pompano Seasonal Opportunity | Help Keep Our Community Safe This Summer! The Pompano is seeking responsible, alert, and motivated Lifeguards to join the team! If you enjoy working outdoors, helping others, and maintaining a safe, fun environment for guests, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor swimmers and aquatic areas to ensure guest safety Enforce pool rules and safety procedures Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies Administer first aid and CPR when necessary Perform water rescues as needed Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in and around the water Inspect safety equipment and report hazards or maintenance concerns Assist with opening/closing duties and general upkeep of the facility Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess a current CPR Certification Must possess a current Lifeguard Certification Ability to swim proficiently and perform rescue techniques Knowledge of aquatic safety practices and emergency response procedures Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, attentive, and safety-focused Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to stand, move, and remain alert for extended periods
