Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Deck Ambassador to join our team. The Deck Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for families, ensuring excellent communication, organization, and customer care. This role is a combination of front-desk reception, customer service, and deck supervision to make sure families feel welcomed, informed, and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet families warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Take calls and concert the leads commission $10 every conversion of the call by you. Assist parents with check-in/check-out and scheduling swim lessons. Answer phones, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner. Support instructors on deck by helping organize classes and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment both at the front desk and around the pool deck. Communicate effectively with parents about swimmer progress and program details. Assist with administrative tasks such as processing payments, updating records, and scheduling. Qualification Previous reception or front-desk experience (required). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a warm, humid pool deck environment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Lifeguard certification.
