Responsible for operating, staffing, maintaining, and oversight for Hixon Natatorium and the outdoor pool.JOB DUTIES
Directs the daily operation of two aquatics facilities: Hixon Natatorium and outdoor pool. Supervises and participates in daily pool maintenance for both pools. Delivers timely and effective customer service to address patron concerns and complaints with aquatics facilities, including locker rooms, and/or events. Hires, trains, schedules, and evaluates student staff lifeguards. Teaches Aquatic/CPR/AED/First Aid classes for lifeguard staff; PE/Rec Sports/Athletics student staff, and athletic department staff including coaches.
