Lifeguard

Provide overall supervision and safety of pool patronsEnforce pool rules; ensure safety of those using the pool and its facilities; rescue swimmers and administer resuscitation and first aid as required; collect pool fees when assigned; keep pool and facilities clean; perform duties with politeness and professional demeanor; abide by assigned schedules. Education swimming, advanced lifesaving, CPR and first aid training Experience must be at least 16 years old. Previous lifeguard experience preferred. Experience in teaching swimming classes helpful. Knowledge of swimming pool safety use of swimming pool equipment lifesaving devices Ability to behave in a professional manner deal politely and tactfully with pool patrons follow directions abide by scheduled tasks establish and maintain effective working relationships work in an outdoor environment subject to hot weather conditions 1.
