Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Certified Lifeguard and become the vital guardian of safety at our aquatic facility. In this energetic role, you will ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests by actively monitoring pool activities, responding swiftly to emergencies, and maintaining the highest standards of water safety. Your expertise will help create a positive experience that keeps visitors returning with confidence and peace of mind. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for swimming and guest service with life-saving skills. Duties Vigilantly monitor pool areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety at all times Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as swimmer distress, cardiac arrest, or injuries using
CPR, AED
operation, and first aid protocols Conduct routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and ensuring water quality standards are met Assist guests with pool rules, provide excellent guest services, and answer questions to enhance their experience Perform regular inspections of safety equipment and pool facilities, including pool cleaning and minor repairs as needed Enforce safety policies consistently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Document incidents, safety checks, and maintenance activities accurately in logs Requirements Valid certification as a Lifeguard from an accredited organization with current
CPR, AED
operation, first aid certification, and basic life support training New and experienced lifeguards encouraged to apply must be available to work some Holidays and weekends Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Ability to stay alert for extended periods while maintaining focus on safety surveillance Willingness to respond quickly in emergency situations such as cardiac arrest or drowning incidents Join us in creating a safe, welcoming space where every guest can enjoy the water confidently!
