WeAquatics, a premier swimming service provider, is seeking a passionate and skilled Swim Instructor to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction in swimming techniques to students of all ages and abilities. As a Swim Instructor, you will use your expertise to foster a safe and supportive learning environment, promote water safety, and help students achieve their personal swimming goals. Responsibilities Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs and abilities of students. Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing pool rules and regulations and by being prepared for emergency situations. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote skill development and foster a love for swimming. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and their parents. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and skills assessment. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize events such as swim meets or water safety campaigns.
