CPR Full Job Description Schedule/Hours:
Part-time, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
This position is responsible for:
The Lifeguard ensures safe aquatic operations by observing swimmers, protecting life, preventing accidents, and enforcing facility regulations under the direction of the Lead Lifeguard.
Key Responsibilities:
Observe swimmers and respond quickly to emergencies. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean pool environment. Report equipment defects, facility issues, and safety concerns. Maintain professional attitude and attend required staff meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Must have the ability to swim with proficiency and endurance. Ability to tread water while holding a brick for 5 minutes. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Work involves exposure to pool chemicals, temperature changes, noise, and humidity.

Licenses and Certifications:
