Amazing opportunity to join the 845 suite Historic Powhatan Resort, a Hilton Vacation Club, located on 256 lush, landscaped acres in Williamsburg Virginia. We encourage you to join our service-oriented team member family where we strive every day to ensure our owners, members and guests can create wonderful vacation memories, while building our own hospitality skills to grow our career within Hilton Grand Vacations. Currently seeking team members who are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guest visiting our resort properties! Who enjoys promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere while providing excellent customer service at its best by expressing an outgoing upbeat friendly demeanor.
Hiring Seasonal Deck Attendants:
Season Runs May 1 st - September 30 th The Deck Attendant coordinates the general upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the pools, waterslides, spas, and pool deck areas, while ensuring the safety and security of the pool area. Ensures proper set up of pool furniture and pool towels. Ensures compliance with pool rules and confirms access to pool area is limited to authorized guests. Provides exceptional guest service (assists guests with towels, drinking water, etc.). Responds to calls and questions from members, owners, guests, and departments. Engages with members, owners, and guests during activities. Ensures the safety of members, owners, and guests. Recognizes and immediately reports all potential emergency situations. Follows all state and federal policies, rules, and regulations.
