Job Description

Join Our Team as a Winter Lifeguard at The Innis Arden Swimming Club! Are you passionate about safety, water, and providing exceptional member experiences? The Innis Arden Swimming Club, Inc. (IASC) is seeking dedicated and energetic Winter Lifeguards to ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members.

What You'll Do:
Monitor the pool area to ensure safety for members and guests. Enforce club rules and safety regulations. Administer First Aid and CPR in emergency situations. Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for all members. Perform routine water quality checks. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility. Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training. Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Who You Are:
Certified Lifeguard (Red Cross certification preferred). Excellent communicator with customer service experience. Organized, eager to learn, and team-oriented. Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic about creating a fun environment. Responsible and able to perform well under pressure. Why Join Us?
