AED Certification Full Job Description Position Overview:
Join our team and play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a friendly, attentive presence in the pool area Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Work collaboratively with team members to support a smooth operation Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues
Qualifications:
Current Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications required Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay calm and act decisively in emergency situations Physical stamina to meet the demands of an active role Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
