Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age; one year of college education is preferred First Aid, CPR, AED certified before the start of staff training Must be able work outdoors for the majority of the day Requires participation with and leadership of youth in a wide variety of physical activities; requires the ability to traverse the campgrounds on a frequent basis throughout the day Good communication skills are required; must be able to interact with campers, parents, and co-workers Must exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in all aspects of work with the YMCA Essential Functions Assume full responsibility for all the campers in your cabin 24 hours a day, besides from assigned time off.
