Job Summary:
Crow's Nest Cabins is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home-away-from-home experience for every guest. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members. The ideal candidate is thorough, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, cabins, and public areas. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly attitude. Review daily room assignments, arrivals, departures, and cleaning priorities. Review daily inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed. Clean guest rooms and cabins, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and refreshing amenities. Clean kitchenettes, living areas, entryways, and all common areas as assigned. Perform quality cleaning to meet required company standards within established time frames. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor walkways. Pick up ground litter or visible debris around the property to keep guest-facing areas clean and inviting. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or room discrepancies to management promptly. Support team members as needed to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail. Ability to comply with company health and safety requirements. Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with team members, management, and guests. Previous housekeeping experience (1 year preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
