We have 4 luxury suites set under the beautiful Fairbanks sky. Each suite provides privacy, tranquility, and a seamless blend of adventure and relaxation. With only 4 suites, we are able to offer personalized guest service. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated team member to join us as a Housekeeping & Guest Services Associate at our new nature hotel suites in Fairbanks, Alaska. 20 - 30 Hours / week In this role, you will ensure our suites reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and care, while also providing thoughtful guest support. From preparing and refreshing rooms to assisting with laundry needs and guest interactions, your work will directly shape the guest experience. Key Responsibilities Room Flips & Cleaning:

Prepare suites for arrivals and departures, ensuring every detail reflects Wilding's standards of effortless luxury and intentional care.

Laundry & Supplies:

Handle laundry needs, restock essentials, and maintain an organized and well-supplied housekeeping space.

Guest Service Support:

Provide warm and professional assistance to guests when needed, including handling simple requests or questions.

Property Care:

Help maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces, ensuring a welcoming and restorative environment.
